As a leader in the construction industry, we have consistently driven towards continuous improvement, but our focus has always been on caring for one another and protecting our most valuable asset — our people! Our most recent safety focus has been on our transition from hard hats to helmets for all Miron employees and anyone who works on a Miron project site. Read why we have invested in this change in the link below. Thank you to our helmets for all partner, STUDSON!

Our Wausau team was honored to have guests from GiGi's Playhouse at the office last week! GiGi's Playhouse is a down syndrome achievement center that provides free educational, therapeutic and career programming. Our team focused on fun STEAM, fine/gross motor, and social activities with the group. Thanks for coming in, GiGi's Playhouse crew!

On this #FeelGoodFriday, let’s show some love for our Miron volunteers. ❤️ Through the Miron Volunteer Program, all full-time employees receive eight hours of paid time off each year that they can use to volunteer during the workday. Several team members recently logged MVP hours while cleaning up our office neighborhoods, favorite parks and trails, and nearby roadways. This is just one of the many ways #TeamMiron helps to make our communities great places to live, work, and play for all. #NationalVolunteerWeek

We enjoyed meeting with students at the Construction Trades Career Fair in St. Ignace earlier this week to discuss careers in construction. If you're interested in learning what Miron has to offer, we encourage you to visit https://lnkd.in/gcsUNmpM.

Spotted: Miron hi-vis shirts and work gloves in Guatemala! Jeff Behm, a retired Miron crew member, recently took his building skills and Miron gear to Chichicastenago, Guatemala as part of a mission trip to restore homes and build a latrine within the community. Miron’s core values run deep in our employees—even in retirement! We love seeing all the different ways #TeamMiron rallies together to support communities both locally and abroad.

We are excited to share Miron's CFO, Dean Basten, was recently recognized as a Distinguished Alum by the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Dean is a caring leader who often spends his free time supporting his alma mater and various community organizations in a variety of ways. We may be biased, but we couldn’t think of a more deserving person for this honor. Congrats, Dean! Learn more about Dean and the rest of this year's award recipients here: https://bit.ly/49MGZIq.

Happy National Bucket List Day! We all have bucket list items, those things we aspire to do one day. Here at Miron, we also have the Bucket Story, https://bit.ly/3Uw9XHP, and we're sure many bucket lists were discussed during those early gatherings. Miron's marketing team took some time this morning to share our bucket lists with each other. With no buckets to sit on, we found the next best thing: our office's bucket wall. We'd love to hear what's on your bucket list. Share in the comments below!

Miron’s Yard Operations recently took some time to recognize those who have been a part of #TeamMiron for 20+ years. The collective experience and knowledge of this group is truly impressive, and we appreciate all they do to keep our Yard Operations running smoothly. Pictured from left to right: Tony Wudstrack, Steve Adamski, Shane Bahr, Jeff Ganzel, Craig Franda, Jason Hardy, Brad Zemlo, Jason Lemke, and Greg Zietlow. Join us in celebrating these individuals for achieving this tremendous milestone!

In celebration of #EarthDay, a group of volunteers from our Neenah office spent some time at Riverview Gardens assisting staff with planting a variety of saplings, bulbs, sprouts, and seeds. It was fun learning about all the different things Riverview Gardens grows and all the good they do in our communities.
