In this episode of the Business of metro MKE webinar series, MMAC President Tim Sheehy will discuss newly released diverse hiring and advancement results from MMAC’s Region of Choice initiative, a group of 125-plus Milwaukee Region employers that have pledged to increase the overall number of Black and Brown employees in their workforce and representation among management-level employees over five years. Is the group on track to reach its goals in both areas? And what other steps can the group take to address the significant racial disparities we see in our region?
