This exciting "Better Me in 2023" series is dedicated to creating a safe space for the business community to discuss Mental Fitness topics that directly address the mental, emotional and behavioral barriers to life success.

There are so many of us that are tired of "business as usual" and want to take off the "corporate mask", because we are living a real life with real challenges. We need a place to connect with like-minded individuals that are on their healing journey, as it can be a lonely path to mental and emotional freedom! If that resonates, then this event is for you!

Our February topic of discussion is entitled "The Mind-Body Connection: Your Secret Language of Success", which will delve into the ideas of "thought" being the language of the mind and "emotions" being the language of the body. Once you learn how to consciously connect these intuition-based communication systems (mind-body intelligence), you will gain the ability to block out the "noise" within and around you in order to take decisive action from day to day.

We will also discuss the importance of a proper diet (what we feed our mind, body, and soul), as this significantly impacts our ability to tap into mind-body intelligence.
