AI: Hot topic in the office, at the state capitol
Artificial intelligence is set to transform the way we do business. According to Microsoft’s 2024 Work Trend Index Annual Report, “75% of knowledge workers use AI at work today, and 46% of users started using it less than six months ago.”

While this technology will bring huge benefits to the workplace, there is work being done in the halls of the state capitol to ensure we’re maximizing its potential while at the same time developing proper safeguards here in Wisconsin.

On the frontlines of that work is Rep. Shannon Zimmerman (R) of River Falls – serving his fourth term in the state legislature. MMAC is pleased to host Zimmerman as he provides insight into AI legislation and what it could mean for Wisconsin businesses.
