We look forward to having you join us at URBANO! Online registration is closed and onsite registration will open at 7:30AM at the conference.
The URBANO Annual Hispanic CRE Conference, presented by American Family Insurance, aims to spur new development in Latino neighborhoods, new partnerships, new investments, and new careers in commercial real estate (CRE). We aim to grow the influence and involvement Latinos have in shaping their own community and sharing in the wealth and vision of our neighborhoods. The conference will explore career pathways into commercial real estate and present areas of the city prime for development.
Ana Valdez, Executive President of the Latino Donor Collaborative, will kick off the URBANO Hispanic CRE Conference sharing their latest research project that illustrates how investing in Latinos is synonymous with "future-proofing" America. "Latinos have been pulling America out of recessions since 1948." Join us at our morning session to hear how the U.S. Latino story is an integral part of the American story and how investing in the Latino community is an investment in our country's future.
The URBANO Conference lunch session will be with one of the most successful Latinos in real estate, Leo Pareja, President and Co-Founder at Remine Inc. Pareja served as President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) in 2017, co-founded Washington Capital Partners in 2012 and was the #1 Keller Williams agent by age 28 transacting close to 4,000 homes and representing around $750 million in transactional volume. Leo Pareja is transforming America's landscape and is making his mark on the real estate industry.
The URBANO Conference is hosted in partnership with the Marquette University Center for Real Estate, NAIOP Wisconsin and the Hispanic Collaborative.
