Our Neillsville, WI team recently gave welding students from Chippewa Valley Technical College-Eau Claire a tour of our state-of-the-art facilities. They enjoyed seeing our Welding Department, Laser area, and our Robotic Tube Bender. It’s National Welding Month, and we’d like to congratulate our newest Charles Francis Weld Boot Camp graduates and welders! 👏🎉 Our Mayville South, WI facility, conducted an internal boot camp where three team members took the initiative to advance their careers at MEC. They went through a combination of classroom and hands-on training over the course of ten weeks and passed MEC’s internal weld test. Training continues as they refine their skills.
