With over 170 high-quality, in-demand associate degree, technical diploma and certificate programs, MATC graduates are available to fill any industry need. Through partnerships, we are closing the skills gap and addressing economic and racial disparities. Our academic and career pathways are designed to put graduates on the path to career success in areas such as business and management, healthcare, manufacturing, construction and transportation, STEM and much more. MATC’s diverse student population — 56% are students of color — creates a diverse talent pipeline to meet local employer and community needs. About 76% of recent MATC graduates work in the Milwaukee area. Our graduates are ready on day one with career-specific and employability skills, employers are encouraged to consider our graduates for full- or part-time employment, internships, apprenticeships or job-shadowing. Over 2,500 students graduate annually; nearly 93% of recent associate degree and technical diploma graduates were employed within six months of their graduation. The college also provides custom workforce training to meet employer needs.
