The Parkinson's Foundation makes life better for people with Parkinson’s disease by improving care and advancing research toward a cure. In everything we do, we build on the energy, experience and passion of our global Parkinson's community. The Midwest Chapter of the Parkinson's Foundation serves people living with Parkinson's disease and those who care for and work with them. We offer free in-person and virtual educational programming, fitness and wellness sessions; connections to national, local and regional support networks; a 1-800-4PD-INFO helpline staffed 8-6 M-F and a complete online resource library to answer your PD Qs. We host in-person community awareness & fundraising events including Moving Day Milwaukee, which takes place every May. We engage community members in the foundation's national research, grant, and training opportunities. Sponsorship and Volunteer opportunities are always available. |
