Join us for our 4th Annual URBANO Conference, focused on growing the number of Latino Developers, Latinos in the commercial real estate industry, and Latino-centric real estate projects in the region.  This year, we are excited to share a national report on the state of Latino and Black developers in America; BREAKING THE GLASS BOTTLENECK: The Economic Potential Of Black And Hispanic Real Estate Developers And The Constraints They Face. Produced in conjunction with The Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC), co-author Derwin Sisnett will share first-of-its-kind research on the stark representation crisis in real estate development today and demonstrate the enormous economic value of increasing diversity throughout the field. Additionally, be part of the conversation during our program sessions, as we explore the potential for neighborhood-centered development around high performing schools, and discuss the positive impact that recently changed zoning laws can have in Milwaukee.  REGISTER TODAY!
