Dean Nemecek is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with a deep understanding of Veteran hiring strategies. With 26 years of military service and over a decade of experience in corporate and technical recruiting, he specializes in translating military skill sets into corporate success. At Clarios, Dean develops and executes Veteran hiring initiatives that not only attract top military talent but also support long-term retention through tailored onboarding and career development programs.
Holding an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources and an MA in National Security and Strategic Studies, Dean is currently pursuing an MS in Data Analytics and Insights at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His expertise in leveraging workforce data helps organizations measure the impact of their Veteran hiring efforts and refine their employer branding to better connect with military professionals. Passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces, Dean works closely with hiring managers and leaders to ensure Veterans thrive in civilian careers, making him a leading voice in building high-performing, Veteran-inclusive teams.
