Founded in 1997, Engauge Workforce Solutions designs and manages workforce systems for manufacturers and distributors, from large-scale contingent labor programs to specialized recruiting across manufacturing and distribution. RELY Contract Manufacturing, founded in 2019, grew out of Engauge as an incubator concept and is now a stand-alone sister company. RELY takes on labor-intensive secondary operations—including assembly, kitting and fulfillment, rework and testing, and wire harnesses and control panels—helping manufacturers free up capacity and reduce operational complexity.
